Give Thanks!

our first thanksgiving as a family of 3 was wonderfully hectic. i ran to the hospital for rounds from about 7-9 and tagged dewey when i got home so he could go for a "quick" 8 mile run (marathon prep....). we then headed over to my MIL's house and had a yummy thanksgiving lunch while miss priss napped. after a few hours of fun we bundled the little one up and drove to my SIL's house in murphy. lofton fell asleep as soon as we got in the car and i begged dewey (successfully) to keep driving so she could get a good nap in before all the fun. so an hour later we knew WAY more of the northeast portion of the metroplex than we ever planned to and we arrived at jeremy and marti's house well rested and ready to play. sweet marti invited everyone so i think there were 20 people there which made it loud and hectic as all holidays should be! dewey ate (again) and i enjoyed the wine. we squeezed in a couple of pics :)

since thanksgiving lofton has...

1)enjoyed her first ear infection :(

2)tried several new foods

3)currently experiencing a head-to-toe rash that is either from a virus or a penicillin allergy. the jury is still out

4)spent 7 straight days with mommy (and 5 with daddy!) which have been absolutely delicious
